3DS Map Clues not found?

I'm playing the 3DS version and I've finished it with all Challenge stars but when I look at the completion screen that shows Skylanders summoned, Hats Found etc it says MAP CLUES FOUND 5/8.

Where are these and how have I missed them if I've got all stars?

I now believe that it's a glitch of sorts caused by the Adventure Packs because when I loaded Dragons Peak it went to 5/9 Map Clues Found and I'm pretty confident there are no map clues in the Adventure Packs.
