Do the Cars have a two Car political system?
Do they have a Hillary Carton and a Donald Carump?
Was there a Cars Watergate?

How does Car anatomy work? They have parts as shown by Mater and Doc, but how would they be able to digest food like Wasabi or Ice Cream?
Do they have lungs? Cars are shown to cough when exposed to things that agitates their air ways?
Is there a Car Africa that Parent Cars tell Children Cars is full of starving Cars?

How do the Cars reproduce? It's obvious in Cars that they can harbor romantic attraction for other Cars, but why? Do they reproduce like in the movie Robots where they buy baby parts and make the baby?

Well I can answer your question about Car hell, in Cars race o rama there is a cave in Tailfin Pass and if you go up the new ramp there is an area with fire and I'd say it's hell since you play Guido Kart in there and Guido Kart can go to hell. (Can't be bothered to get a screenshot).
