The first user on this list who has sworn is BUCHI!!
You wouldn't expect an innocent little harmless teddy bear like Buchi to use such harsh language, but here we have proof!

actually the definition of porn is very hard to actually well define. porn according to the government's definition may different from yours. the most common definition is if it makes the audience aroused. pornography may or may not be protected by the first amendment. It may either be a way of sexual expression or corrupt people's behavior and may cause discrimination against women. However my topic about porn was actually a form of art parody which I am legally able to do by law. I wasn't posting it promoting porn I was making social commentary in a form of art parody

Actually, this would depend on the exact boundaries for profanity, and whether or not certain words could be considered offensive within either society as a whole or smaller social groups. Take darkSpyro and the words twat and ***** for example. On this website, twat is not censored, but ***** is despite that it could refer to a female dog rather than an offensive term. Likewise, twat could be considered as referring to the female genitalia, despite that being a taboo in itself rather than the gender of dogs.

There are also words like trap which could be taken offensively if put into in the wrong context. But nobody considers those profanity by default either, do they? Therefore, any word could count as profanity, meaning you both could indeed have sworn on various occasions. You may not have intended it, but if a word could ever be considered offensive, then you have technically sworn indirectly by proxy, but still sworn nonetheless.
