As we all know, media is popular. Obviously. However, as a side effect, the masses tend to be influenced by said media, especially when they see weakness which is rewarded. How do we stop this? We don't. But we can change its form, to promote a "survival of the fittest" kind of view, instead of this weakness.
We can change, we can save, the world.
All we need to do is remove those that are unnecessary and instead promote strength and bravery. No weakness or helplessness, only strength and bravery, the way the world should be. Let's do this:

Whilst fighting is indeed good and a surefire sign of strength, Kyubey itself looks pathetic, and lolis are also pathetics but, again, fighting is good.

I'll keep this as an open debate. Should Kyubey and combat-ready lolis still be counted as degenerates? If enough people say yes, then they will be considered as degenerates.
