I've been losing fat and toning muscle since I've been eating CFA regularly. Imagine what my diet was like beforehand /s

In all seriousness, it's not as bad as other fast food places. Calories are lower too

It's about the exact same as McDonalds. Comparing a cheeseburger at McDonalds vs. a Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwich, the "healthier" option would be McDonalds. I imagine it would be healthier than maybe Burger King because of all of the sauces and stuff, but it's not a healthier alternative to most other fast food places

id would sooner choose CFA over BK/MCDS


for 2 reasons
1) the staff is generally friendlier than the staff at BK/MCDS
2) The food tastes a lot better than at BK/MCDS

it doesn't need to be "healthy" since its fast food. fast food is going to be unhealthy for you regardless.

I'm not saying it needs to be healthy. I just think it's gross and they should close Mon-Sat as well xp

Cane's is mostly only in college towns, I didn't know about it until I came to uni

Chick-fil-a is godsend

That's why I have to go to a bigger city to find one!

Deprived. They have some of the best fried chicken. And I'm addicted to their toast.

I don't have any of those, my only place to get some nice chicken sandwich is Habbib's, no idea if that's even a thing out of Brazil.

There's a 'Habib's' here in Detroit but that's an fancy mediterranean restaurant over here lol

I'm gonna be in Chicago next month so I should try some Cane's while I'm there because those chicken fingers.....
