Spyro 1's dialogues and pause menu are far different from Spyro 2 and 3 while 3 had a bland pause menu. I'm thinking the pause menu for all three games could be like in the one in Spyro 2 as well as the dialogue boxes when talking to NPC but the sequels could also let Spyro comment on what NPCs are saying. I was thinking about how Crash 1 got a new pause menu in the style of its sequels for N. Sane Trilogy. I'm not sure whether the portal transitions should be like Spyro 1 or 2 and 3.

The pause menu in Spyro 2 reminds me a lot of Crash Bandicoot, you know, with the camera being in the corner, I bet Insomniac took a bit of inspiration from Naughty Dog there.

But at the end of the day, a pause menu, is a pause menu, lol

Also, I wonder if they'll add in the map feature from Spyro 2? Not too bothered if they do, I found it a distraction more than anything.
