First4Figures - Crystal Dragon Statue.

The statue is just a prototype and still has to be approved by licensed owners (Activision) so yeah that's pretty much what all I came across...and thought I would like to share...

Do we know if there is a Hunter figure too?

A "Hunter" would be great, in fact anything "Spyro" would be awesome, but I don't know if they would? It's usually up to the sales and demand for things like that...

I still want to know why the Spyro figure is SO MUCH more expensive than the Crash one!

The Crash figure is normal figure-sized, the Spyro one is much much bigger.

Why can't they make smaller figures...?
I'd totally get that Crystallized Dragon, but it's too big.

And probably too expensive as well, now that I think about it.

I wish there was "more" merchandise for "Spyro the Dragon" as well...this is as close as we could get to it. And yeah there are other merchandise as well it's either that they are hard to come by or were never made.

I see this more of an investment for me...ha seeing that I spent quite enough on "Skylanders" already...the price did cost a Shiny penny, but I'm glad to see that they had a payment plan, so I was alright with it.(Unless it comes in pieces that is.) but nevertheless it should not disappoint.

Oh and this is for the "Spyro" pre-order...could go the same for the "Crystal Dragon" Statue to.

On the bright side, I guess this is further proof that Classic Trilogy remakes are indeed happening.

Otherwise I'd see no reason to even think about creating a figure based on something which only appeared in the first game.

Yup exactly, I also don't see why we could not have more than just a statue, and more "Spyro the Dragon" merchandise in the future.

Maybe they want to see how people receives the remakes first.
Not sure about it, but I think Crash's merchandise was released only a couple weeks or so before the game actually came out.

Well, regarding the Hunter figure, they had a poll on Facebook for people to vote on whether they want one or not ... I just don't know how the results went!
And as far as the success of the Crash remaster goes, it was fantastic. Going as far to be the best seller here for PS4 for a few months, iirc. If that is anything to go by, I think Acti would be silly to miss an opportunity to make a Spyro remaster. That is unless they want to release him from Skylanders, because I think they're pretty reluctant to do that ..

I never do know how the polls end up in the end? Also I remember the poll they had for which other "Spyro" related characters fans wanted like "Ripto", "Sprax" and so on...and maybe that's where I seen them mentioned a "Hunter" figure before.

But they did have a poll (That I remember the answer end up being) if they wanted a spyro from the Skylanders series...and between Yes and no the mass majority said "NO".

Nos don't matter, only yes votes - especially since they rigged the *** out of the LOS poll because of hatedom. That one is still ~160 yes votes to go.

Ripto was shot down, if I recall, unfortunately.

I wouldn't mind one of those statues if they had the emerald paint job. I just don't have room for a statuette that large, but a smaller one I'd have no problems with.

Yeah, If I could get half or even quarter size figures with a matching price cut I would.
