I mean by barely doing anything specific at all.
It would be able to...

Walk on water (Double Trouble)

Get better Armor x7 (Bash, Rubble, Wham-Shell, Ignitor, Drill Sergeant, Warnado, Jet Vac)

Create fault lines by walking(Fist Bump)(I don't remember how these things work, so I don't know if it would actually be useful...

Summon random asteroids (Tri-Tip)

Heal in water (Zap, Stump Smash)

Become invincibile for ten seconds if it's about to die (Ember)

Increased Speed (Wind-Up, Boom Jet)

Have an extra Life (DDTH)

Have a ghost ally (Cynder)

Create a ghost ally from beating enemies (Grim Creeper)

Do more damage at full health (Night)

Have skin that absorbs damage and raises Crit chance (Rattle)

Have the same thing, but Speed instead of Crit (Shake)

Make swords drop down after every Crit (Krypt King)

Gain health from money (Scratch)

Get regenerating HP (Stealth Elf)

Have a woodpecker (Tree Rex)

Have a Beehive Backpack (Bumble Blast)

Get a health bonus after being injured and beating an enemy (SSSE)

Pretty OP.

EDIT: Just realised that much armour makes it so you rarely even take a hit. OP plz nerf
