Does my avatar create lag for you?

I wanted to make a gif of Zoroark from gen 5, but green. Does the gif create issues? Because I have a back-up just in case.

I don't think gifs ever caused issues for me here, let alone 10 or so frames. Real issues are images over 1500px or too many embeds at once.
