It looks good so far, and I recommend you go with Gyrados instead of lucario, you have 3 pokemon weak to ground already and Lucario won't make that any better. Here is a recommended set straight from Smogon

If you are putting in a Gyrados then I suggest you get rid of Empoleon and swap it with something that would give you more type coverage. Maybe an electric or fire type? Tapu Koko (or Jolteon if you don't like to use legendaries)mor Alolan Marowark are very competitively viable rn. I would suggest you look at the OU tiers in Smogon to get a general idea of what is being used in the current meta and adapt your team around that.

It boosts and hinders specific stats during leveling. For example, a Chandelure with Modest nature will have a stronger Special Attack and Lower Attack than a Chandelure with Adamant nature (lowers Special Attack and Raises Attack), even if they have the same EVs and IVs. Since Chandelure is built to mostly fight with special attacks, Modest is a better choice for a good Chandelure.
