I don't work out.... I spend like three hours of the day pacing and then go on a 20 minute walk directly after I eat dinner. I do have a very boring life.

The closet thing I do to working out is skiing. And if your hair is wet at all before you ski it's cold the whole time. So after

After of course. What is the point to go to shower before workout when you will eventually smell horrible etc.? But I actually used to skip showers before and after workouts during my most active working out schedule about 7 years ago and I didn't smell at all. But nowadays I have to shower right after since I sweat tons during every workout even though I haven't been that physically stressed.
