PSN won't let buy games! HELP!

StevemacQ Platinum Sparx Gems: 6533	#1 Posted: 19:25:03 24/11/2016 | Topic Creator Black Friday Sales are on PS Store and I'm trying to buy games via PayPal but it won't let pay, saying my credit card information on file is not valid. I have PayPal as my default was to pay. What's happening? --- Needz more eh-mo-shuns.
