Does the wheel on the Burn-Cycle roll in toy form?

I'm thinking about getting the vehicle, but I want to know if the wheel on the front rolls.

Yes it does. But seeing as the chip is in the wheel, only the 2 outer thirds of it roll. The middle third is completely still

Let me add that Burn Cycle is honestly my favorite Land Vehicle. It looks awesome, has really great damage, and is incredibly fast. Even if you get into trouble it has no problem getting out of it while leaving a fire trail for anyone who wants to follow.

(Also the Eon Colors Decoration looks amazing with the Supercharged mods. Tron Lightcycle ftw)

360 degrees no, only forward and backward
