how to get this game at 100% ? [CLOSED]

I beated all lvl and collected all items but still got 97%

Also the lvl 15 is missing a star on main menu but when i beat the lvl or on objectives i have all 3 stars

The extra 3% might be locked behind Adventure Packs. I can only guess though, since I'm still working on my completion run.
The missing star on Chapter 15 sounds like a simple graphics error to me.

Dunno if this effects the percentage or not, but did you collect all 10 winged sapphires?

Try to replay the level 15, that should fix it.
