It looks like Latin, yes...

I don't know for sure, but it may be, although Dark52 is probably right.

dark52 is right. I've seen it in a lot of placeholder previews on my web publishing software to understand that it's just a placeholder. And according to the Wiki article, the words may be derived from Latin but when put together they make no sense smilie

You know when you want to design a layout for a leaflet, right? This usually gets applied when deciding how to configure the body of the article's text. Text font and color consistencies use this random garble of words to test if the text style used in the publication is suited for the item in question.

I some what speak Latin, and I think it is, but I'm not sure, Since I don't speak it well. But I think 'felis' means girl.
