A few weeks ago, I was at TRU picking up one of these travel bags because they were on clearance and that I was going somewhere soon. As I began packing up, I eventually observed that I loaded it up with 33 figures, and four of them being giants. As I looked in with all those figures in there, I was pretty sure I could fill in 5-8 more cores in there.

So my estimation is the bag can hold up to 40-45 cores depending on the size of them. My other belief is you don't have to put your full SSA collection in the bag, but you have the choice of a full Giants or even a full, or almost, Swap Force collection in there. Not sure about Trap Team considering the figure count and the size of most trap masters.

As far as I know.

What I'm implying is what the case doesn't imply, that it can hold more than 40 regular-sized figures when it says up to 32.

Don't really have sure why. But that's good.

I bet it can hold all characters, in-game variants and Magic Items of Spyro's Adventure, right?

Well there are five in-game variants, and 12 items, eight of which I would say is half the size of a core so it's as if 45 figures are in the bag. Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can do that.

I have all the cores, magic, and adventure packs for SSA in one of these cases(32+9+4). A second case for the cores and Giants and battle pack pieces(16+3). And a third one for Swap Force cores, Swappers, magic items, adventure and battle pack pieces(32+4+4). SWAP is a VERY tight fit though. If you could do it with Trap Team, I personally doubt it, but it would be the absolute limit of the bags. I'd reccomend a Trapper bag and a core/magic/adventure piece bag for Trap Team.

Did you say the cases were on sale at your TRU? May I ask how much they were charging?

Why, about $15 CAD (Possibly lower in America because us Canucks are greedy). I think the original price was $20-$30.

I, too, think a full Trap Team set wouldn't fit in an adventure case as it consists of 50+ figures and 10 trap masters that are same or bigger size than giants. I also don't think Superchargers would all fit either, given each figure is as big as a swapper.

Amazon has it for a bit under $13 right now from a third party vendor with Prime shipping and no tax. It will fit many more characters than advertised, but only if you don't mind them bumping up against each other potentially causing damage. Some Skylanders just don't take to that sort of thing very well, notably Bat Spin with her very small neck.
