Do you think moneybags has a twin

One in "Ripto's Rage/Gateway to Glimmer" and one in "Year of the Dragon". They look alike, but maybe they are twins.
What i mean is that in the 2nd Spyro game, he has a british english voice, and in the 3rd Spyro game he speaks with a american english voice.

Or maybe i am just overthinking it. But it would be fun if that was really the case.

No most certainly not. Just a different voice actors. And in the first dialogue with Moneybags in YotD Spyro’s and Moneybags’Avalar connection is mentioned. It is an unfortunate crime that Milton James didn’t do Moneybags’ voice in YotD, it fitted the character better.
