He did that because the challenge was dodgeballs themed and he only did it because of the competition.

"Well what do you know Sonic Boom? Your child's beating is the talk of the week." Sunburn said, almost sounding like mocking. But mocking or not, Sonic Boom wasn't amused.

"Oh be quiet. It already happened! Not much I can no now, can I?" Sonic Boom said, clearly annoyed. She did secretly wanted Grim Creeper to be kicked out for being such a jerk, but she didn't think it was a subject to be touched over and over again.

OOC: There was a commercial for Battlecast cards being packed with boxes of cereal earlier. This kid, who was riding in a car with his parents, put Spitfire under his tablet and Spitfire appeared on screen, and then Sonic Boom appeared on top of the car and did her signature Sonic Cry attack at the screen. I think that derpy face she makes when she does that attack is kind of cute.

...It might still take some time to register. Alright, let's go do that challenge. ...Although I'm not sure how quadrupeds like us are supposed to shake our "groove thang." ...Do we have a "groove thang?"

We could use our tails for dancing but that might be considered twerking.

Since Dark was on the other team, Sonic Boom had to dance with Sunburn. She thought he was going to be lousy at it since he hated dancing, but surprisingly, he was doing a marvelous job. He wasn't even tripping.
"Dancing in a competition is too cliched, but I'm determined not to lose another challenge." the phoenix hybrid explained, as if reading Sonic Boom's mind. Her children didn't participated in the dancing, though they cheered for the both of them, while occasionally giving glances at Dark...
