So, which NPCs do you like the most and why?

I'm going with true, full on NPC, meaning someone who has never at all been playable in anyway. (So no Larxene or anything like Rosalina)

In which case, probably Emperor Peony.

Galath from infinity blade III is awesome.

Chippy, er, starlow, from BiS and onwards is great, but mainly her great synergy with Bowser.

Dexter from Jak and daxter is hilarious, every time you die theres a mini cutscene where he either chews you out or makes a joke.

Magma admin Courtney is cool

Tiny Tina from Borderlands 2. She is just hilarious and had such good character development in her DLC.

Midna, Fi, Rosalina.

Just characters I love, all playable in at least one game but not in theirs, so I would consider them primarily an NPC.

For a full NPC, I really don't know.

Sans, no doubt.

I would say Neo Cortex or Bowser, but they aren't really NPCs. You can play as those two in multiple games.
