I just picked up a Legendary Sky Racing Pack at TRU. They were slammed due to a big shipment of rare amiibo, so I couldn't rummage through the box of racing packs and pick out my choice one. The one they gave me has a good L-Astroblast but a mediocre (at best) L-Sun Runner.

I'd like to touch up the vehicle myself. Since it's conveniently a Legendary, I'm hoping someone has already identified a matching paint for the gold and dark blue? Perhaps someone who does customs?

Any help appreciated thanks and cheers!

When did the legendary racing pack come out? Is this in north america?

Yup, USA Toys R Us stores got it today

I usually mix my paints and I've been slacking terribly with actually knowing the names,but Cobalt is definately pretty close to the Legendary blue, and you could mix it with a dip of black to get closer if it's too light. The yellow seems to be generic gold,but I don't actually have any Legendaries so I could be wrong; just watch out that sparkly gold acryllics are way harder to mess with than normal gold paint.

You got that right. No TRU's in AZ got any. :-( Maybe today since trucks came in this AM. National warehouse had >2200 of them still when they checked yesterday afternoon.

I didn't look for it yet on long island, thou looking online at store pcikup is only showing it in the bronx and in oceanside by me so ya idk. Oceanside is an express, yet the full stores are showing nothing.

When i did my Wrecking Ball in Legendary paint some time ago...hmmm...real long time ago...Giants. Anyways here is the compare pic i did to show the color match.


I used Tamiya Color Acrylic Paint X-13(Metallic Blue) ...and the Tamiya Color Acrylic Paint X-25(Clear Green)....and a little black.


And i found a gold that is close....its Createx Acrylic Paint Wicked Gold. The pic shows it to be more of a orange gold color...but its not ...its yellow gold.
