To the best of my knowledge, Japan has 4 different types of text.

I could be wrong with the following,

1st is true Japanese 'Hiragana'.
2nd is words that sound like English but are Japanese 'Katakana' (Tennis = Tenisu)
3rd is a word that can be spelt with one symbol 'Romaji' (Love, Colours, Hope ect.) and
4th is 'Kanji' witch I can't really explain

Actually.... Seeing as how Japanese writing doesn't use spaces, to differentiate between words in a sentence, Hiragana and Katakana typically swap back and forth. The two are very similar in nature and translate the same, but use different characters to represent the same things. These 2 can be used to show the phonetics of a word as they are broken down with each character representing a syllable.

Romaji is the Latin characters, the ones I'm using now. These are typically used for words that can't be translated into Japanese and originate from another language. Also used to show people who use the Latin characters how to say the words in Japanese.

Kanji is based on the Chinese writing system and is used to show the meaning of the word as opposed to the actual way it sounds. People's names will most often be written in Kanji as it gives the name meaning as opposed to simply being a name. It can also be used in other situations with an incredibly large number of Kanji characters. This is typically the hardest for people to translate.

The sucky thing is all 4 can be used in a single sentence of Japanese making speaking and writing the language practically 2 different languages to learn.

Actually, Kanji is the script that fits your third description - it's the complicated Chinese characters. Romaji is basically Japanese spelt in english letters like the ones I'm using (as Seiki said).

As for the translation, I'm afraid I can't make a plausible definition right now thanks to the many meanings of the separate characters but I managed to find the characters: (at least, I think - it's hard to see them properly)
大地を婁き。空を穿て!

Trying to translate now - if anyone else wishes to help, here's the definitions for each individual Kanji:
, , , , 穿

The general anonymity on the Internet makes people feel like they have more power therefore allowing them to act like assholes for no reason without feeling any guilt or worrying about punishment.

I'd like to think they aren't usually like this irl but, as usual, I could be wrong.

The normal text says the following

You may use <Dungeon World> and <Generic> cards.
and Dungeon World

I assume it says something about Tigers or Knights considering the character is known for those two things.

Translation for the words over ノボル。
虎堂-とうどう toudou Means something related to LION, but that is kind of like a slang word for whatever game that is-oh this is Buddyfight. Did you need the other gold letters translated or not? Also, you were right in saying kanji 漢字 for the two words above Noboru. The OTHER golden letters, though, are a mix of kanji and hiragana, so yeah. There.
