Game Data Reset? iExplorer fix? [CLOSED]

We've played SkyLanders Lost Islands since the beginning so we had everything.
About 3 weeks to a month of inactivity, we logged onto just this past Friday (08/13/15) to find out our Game Data Reset.
We've backed up our game data (Documents, Library, StoreKit, tmp folders and all within) via iExplorer several times throughout the years, but it seems that a recent Lost Islands game update prevents the game from using that data, as it keeps reverting back to almost a new starting out game.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

I used another smartphone to log in with my activate account and load the cloud save. Then save again and return to my phone. It's back! It works in my case. Good luck!

Update, so somehow my account was not signed in to Activate, so after signing in, I got back our level 45 and the 214 SkyLanders, whew!
