Hammer Slam Bowser and Spitfire have some of the most creative designs. I want to get both of them, but there seems to be no way unless you get hem Pre-Owned. I do not want Pre-Owned figures, is there any way I can get both without them being Pre-Owned?

Not that we know of. But the sellers on ebay that sell them loose usually include cards,stickers and whatever and keep them in good condition, at least the ones I usually buy from.

Yes, buy two starter packs. One for the 3DS and a console one for Spitfire

Just buy the Spitfire single pack. We already know there's a Hot Streak single pack, so it makes absolutely no sense for there not to be one for Spitfire.

That doesn't really work out though. If you get a Spitfire starter pack, that means you'll either be getting the PS3/4 or Xbox 360/One version, and we know that Bowser will only work on the Wii U version, which comes with DK.

There's probably a single pack, or a Combo Pack, but it's hard to tell from so far away. But then again, it's only an issue if you're preordering or abroad like me, and you can always find someone with a spare Spitfire from one too many starter packs to complete. Not preowned, and you can ask around most likely.
