I don't have Gnarly Barkley yet, but was wondering if he shows up in game with his code. Same question for King Cobra Cadabra when he's released. Or perhaps developers have called it quits with game additions after Fling Kong and Echo???

King Cobra Cadabra can be manually added. So, yep, use him.
Gnarly Barkley does not work or should I say, is only recognized as regular Barkley.
FYI, Flip Wreck works just fine too.
