Technically he's not advertising in this as he never said that it's on eBay, he never said he's selling it, he never posted a link to his auction, all he did was just show it off. He's free to post it but the minute he posts the link to his auction to get people to go, it's definitely advertising. Right now he's just posting this as a discussion.
