I have virtually every other character except for some of the more rarer variants

Picked up Flip Wreck & Fling Kong today and it appears they are not in LI yet, neither code worked.

They are both in Lost Islands, they are already level 8 on mine. Try restarting/updating. I did load with the Bluetooth portal, you either mis-typed the code, have a bad code or there is a problem with the codes for them.

Just confirming that -- I've also loaded both of them via the portal without an issue. Only downside is that they both only have a single step quest.
