So I gave this a go, and I have to say that I like it. Peridot's such a good character. I think I will keep watching this show, since the Gravity Falls fandom is deader than dead at this point. I think I could get into it.

Buddy's Book has been leaked!

Middle-age gem costumes, YAS!
It didn't really have that much lore, (even tho Rose farmed Lions for some reason) but it was a nice episode.

If that's true, who knows what could be in the manes of the others? Maybe Snowflake, Biggs, Crazy Lace, or other gems from the rebellion? Maybe they were all tucked away in their manes for reasons like Bismuth, wanted to shatter all the homeworld gems which isn't right to Rose

I feel that all the lions may have been pink, and that the gem's costumes may not have been accurate either because they pointed out at the end that their imaginings werent right. It was also a cute nod at people who headcanon things about the books they read. Everyone imagines characters differently, and that is fun.

THIS SHOW!!!!!
THIS EPISODE COULD HONESTLY TOP ALONE AT SEA SHOCK WISE.
*breaths in* Ok. Garnet had another absolutely amazing song with a great message. I think it's my 3rd favorite song right behind Stronger than you. It was really beautiful until FRIGGIN' BISMUTH APPEARED. I WAS LIKE: "DON'T DO THIS AGAIN!" AND THEN JASPER APPEARED AND THEN EYEBALL AND THEN ROSE!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!! THIS EPISODE WAS TOO MUCH! But... everything was okay at the end. *dies*

god i just love everything about this show, this episode is my #1 because im going through some stuff I caused and im trying to become a better person and everyhing feels like its fallingn apart right now and this just made me feel 100% better

- Steven is stressed
- Connie is not a smol Mary Sue
- Garnet is awesome
- Pearl left the salt and thirst behind her
- Amethyst needs to be protected
- Peridot is a frog
- Lapis is way too relatable
- Jasper is dead... again
- Rose is evil
- Greg is rich
- Alexandrite is op
- Malachite is abusive
- Stevonnie works for Yellow Diamond
- Opal is hopal
- Sardonyx is best fusion
- Smoky Quartz is a precious, self-hating cinnamon roll
- Sugilite is never coming back

This show is wonderful.

Steven has some huge worries, yeah? And Amethyst did during the Jasper arc. But the thing is, they haven't had a chance to change the things they were worried about- there's barely any chance Steven could ever befriend the Gems he's worried about and Amethyst (while she's more at peace with the fact) will never become a Jasper.
And she gave us the first fusion with Steven. The first fusion with Steven was with another character who hasn't really had a chance to fix things they want to. They were both worrying about things like that when they fused.

There are things Steven's wanted to and been able to change (befriending Peridot, fixing Centipeetle, uniting the Cluster) but I think Garnet and recently Pearl have had gotten luckier with setting their worries at ease. Keystone Motel and the Sardonyx drama were resolved pretty nicely for Garnet and Pearl (while she still has more issues with things that can't be fixed) got to patch things up with Greg recently. Peridot has moved on from Homeworld pretty well and resolved any issues since she became a Gem. Although, Lapis still has issues she can't fix, even if she's not currently hung up on them.

What does this mean? Really nothing. Except sneople. I just thought it was an intresting trait of Smokey and I like thinking about SU characters.



I think that Amethyst has gotten over the fact that she's "defective", though Jasper reminded her of that and know she still needs some time to process that. Steven can fix his problems by fixing Jasper (I don't think we'll see Eyeball or Bismuth again). Garnet doesn't really have any problems (they just appear and disappear very quickly) and Pearl has finally gotten over Rose. Peri also got used to her new home and Lapis... well, I think she hasn't accepted Earth to a 100% yet, but I'm sure she's gonna become a CG sooner or later.


Also, it makes me kinda sad how Amethyst is the least popular CG, (including Lapis) I know it's probably because she didn't really have that much character development (tho she did recently) and she did gain some fans over SOS, but I still don't think she can messure up to Pearl, Garnet, Peridot or Lapis. If you'd ask me who my favorite Gem is, I'd say Lapis. If you'd ask me who my favorite Crystal Gem is though, I'd say all of them. I don't want to put any of them beneath another because I like all of them for different reasons and they're all great in their own way.
