Gem pack 5 special offer issues [CLOSED]

Whenever Gem Pack 5 is offered at 50% off, it is never actually 50% off. It just shows at regular price. This has been true for at least the last 10 offers. I'm not sure why Activision wastes it's time rolling out Gem Pack 5 offers when they never work.
