Thought I should post this in swap force or giants board instead but doesn't look like many pay attention to that board anymore.
But if anyone is interested and has a Five Below below in their area, I noticed them having wall to wall full of Skylander Giants and Swap Force Swappers. I already have them all but for some maybe you wamt to have an extra to take down another path. They didn't have any Cores or trap team stuff but Still i thought it was note worthy.

When they were doing just SSA they actually got variants - the f Below near me had gotten a Granite Zook, but the manager had pulled it before it hit shelves and sold it on eBay. YMMV, but it's worth checking out for chase variants.

Is this new stock? And where in the US are you located? I went to a Five Below in November and a different location a few weeks ago (both central NJ)...all I saw was Skylanders Giants core figures...the same ones you see at TRU all the time.

I'm close to NJ anyhow i wouldn't really know this is the first time i ever saw Skylanders in Five Below, but i didn't see any cores though I have plenty of locations in the area I don't go there often and i would assume the last time I was there was September or October.
Didn't see any cores like i said, only giants and swappers.

humm.. never heard of this pace before, did a search and the closest store is 1300 miles away in Texas. lol that might explain why i never herd of them. But i just started collecting so im trying to get figures from past games, easier said than done.

Did they have Swap Cores at your Five Below then?
I am thinking about getting another Roller Brawl cause I'm sure both her paths are a lot of fun. I really wanted her to get the series 2 for trap team. I see her in walmarts but i'm not yet sure i want to pay 10 dollars for a figure I already have.

I think there were a few. This was a long time ago so I can't remember.

Sorry i don't think i'm going to be standing in a busy store taking pictures. But did find videos on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PKULEqe1Zc she says she saw the giants but she only pulls out SSA hex.

Five Below does sell Skylanders, but I have not seen gimmick characters there... only cores. :/ If you actually did see Giants and Swappers, then wow.

I also saw Giants (the actual Giants) at a Five Below near me... didn't see any Swap Force cores tho, which is a shame because I still need lots of those, ant already have all the giants. I will have to keep an eye out! Thanks!

I'll have to look the next time I go to Five Below. This sounds very interesting.

My local Five Below had dozens, DOZENS of Giants for $5. I picked up an extra Hot Head to customize. Their pricing is horrible, as the Cores and Giants are both the same price.

Giants they got fairly recently but I haven't checked in to see if they had any sort of Swap Force things yet. I'd assume they do though.

Last time I checked (a few days ago), there wasn't a sign of SWAP Force figures there.

Those are the exact figures I saw at the 2 stores near me...only Giants cores from what I remember. No gimmick characters or anything from Swap Force, which is why I inquired as to where these were spotted...different regions might be getting different characters. In the old Five Below post a few months ago, somebody mentioned picking up Scratch and other Swap Force cores.

On a related note, there are still some of the overproduced Swap Force cores on Walmart.com for $5.

I checked today and they had Giant giants and a few cores. No Swap Teams sadly. All in the front wheel barrow.
