Can't Connect to the Internet, but I am? [CLOSED]

Hello, you may not remember, but I am a fellow Lost Islands player. I would gift and everything, but my account is busted. You see, at first I couldn't connect because my data was lost in some way. But it then evolved to where the game thinks I'm not connected to the internet, but I already am. Anyone have this issue? And if so, can someone help me fix it?

FYI: This has been going for several months now, with no fixes.
