You can't put it on the GTS, hacked or legal.

There are no legit english Hoopas, only Japanese ones since its only been released there so far, so if you have a non-japanese Hoopa, chances are that they're hacked.

I've been DexNav chaining for a shiny Wurmple lately, but after 500+ encounters, my chain somehow broke, even though I encountered a hiding wurmple. Anybody have any tips on how to DexNav chain? Because I've looked all over, and every site says different things.

^It doesn't, it's about 1/512 without the charm, and with the charm around 1/200

The higher the # of Encounters, the higher the shiny rate. People start chains as it's basically the same as raising encounters to raise Shiny Rate.

Haven't hunted/found any shinies recently until today, when I got my shiny Tranquill from the FS, wasn't keeping track of RE's tho.
