A scroll would make my life easier since Nocturnes are my new fav breed and most of my dream dragons are now planned to be Nocturnes, but I don't really need one and am ok with not finding one. I just want to find the last 2 mimic bears I need.

I figure for those dragons, it'll likely be easier to just try to find then breed to get the desired colors then gene them rather than trying for parents that'll get desired genes and colors.

Blah, my computer is dead so it looks like I won't be able to finish grinding before the end of the event. 2 eggs and a scroll isn't too bad though, shame I couldn't do more but oh well. So yeah if I kind of vanish offline for a while that's where I am. Mourning my computer.

I know the Nocturne stuff is supposed to be rare, but I think most people are complaining because the event is just... not fun. Who wants to grind for chests and then open 300 of them one by one for a tiny chance to get something worthwhile.

It's nice when you get something good, but it's so boring.

Yeah I guess that is true.

Though if you think about it, it's boring and fun, because it is a little bit like the old routine with the holidays. Just minus the holiday currency, Festive Favors and such. Then add in a new dragon breed and scrolls.

Got a Snarling Mimic from one of the chests this morning, then bought the other 2 chest familiars for 7 Gems each in the AH. Just need a Sundial Imposter and I'll have all of the familiars from this thing! Even though I haven't found a scroll and still would like 2 more Gen 1 Nocturnes, I can safely say I will feel accomplished when this ends.
