You should just tell him that he's making you feel uncomfortable with what he's saying to you. What's keeping you from saying it? You not saying anything is probably why he continues with the small talk. Telling him how you're feeling will get him to stop hitting on you. You have to work with this person, why make the stress even greater then it already is.

The only thing about telling him how I feel is that he knows my siblings And I don't want him go get all butthurt over what I say

Just apologize and say that you thought he was interested. He'll get the message and you won't look bad. Just look calm about it and treat it like it's no problem. If he starts making a big deal about it, chill and explain why it's not as big of a deal as he's making it out to be.

If he's still being loud about it, try saying how you thought he was better than this or something like that. In other words, make him feel bad for thinking that is such a big deal. Just be chill throughout the whole moment.

Serious note: Just tell him he's coming really gay and you aren't interested.

He gave me two extremely close up chest to chest hugs (told him to stop and not do it again) and then proceeded to pick me up (i kept saying no and told him to stop) as if I was a recently married chick....

Sexual harassment isn't just confined to heterosexual advances; this guy is sexually harassing you. Ask a co-worker to keep an eye out, so you have a witness the next time he ignores your boundaries and can't control himself, then rid yourself of this problem. Report him to HR or your boss so they'll fire him already and be done with it. They'll act promptly if they want to avoid a lawsuit. Work sucks enough without having to put up with garbage like this.

yeah you should be blunt with him and if that doesn't work, tell your boss (or maybe just tell your boss anyway)
