Just got all mine to 3 max bought and I still have 600 gems to my name. This was a great sale item!

we already had Shrines maxed out when they were 75% off And won extra water, earth and tech shrines with BBash, Merry SS, and the tech toylink missions. And then we had days where those shrines netted us extra wish stones for the weekend. I'm on the side of "more shrines=better" now
