My Game is Gone [CLOSED]

Somehow my game reset to Level 1. I am Level 45. I cannot reach Support in any of it's guises. I am Red53 and have a year invested - not to mention money AND the fact that I just LOVE e game. Can anyone help? I logged out and back in, but I just get the Level 1 game. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

There are some good hints in the other threads here, even on the first page of the topic listing.
Mostly they worked for the people the had that trouble.

I uninstalled, reinstalled, and came back as L30. So I logged in and got my L44 back. Will not be playing offline anymore though - waaay too many problems.
