Yes, what they said! Assuming she's really missing it and it's not just rattling around in the box. Collectors are batty about stuff like this as long as you don't open it up or anything to wreck the box. Sealed mistakes are hot and you may get some insane bid, enough to get you 5 to 10 new figs or even more depending on how crazy people are currently for her. Give it a 3 day auction and that will be enough time to tell if it's worth something or junk that should be sent back.

Calling Activision should result in a free figure but will you need to snap and email them a photo as proof. My friend had issues with a new Dark Stealth Elf from the box with a broken chip where she couldn't be read on the portal. He had to snap the figure on the portal with the screen in the image to prove that she was a dud. They sent out a new Stealth Elf, but it ended up being a normal one and not the Dark one, so they had to send yet another to make up for the mistake. They told him to keep the wrong Stealth Elf. They may make mistakes, but they seem pretty easy going about getting replacements and letting you keep the broken one as well.
