I swear Marvel knows exactly the kind of music to use to get everyone hyped.

The trailer makes it look like it's going to have difficulties in both trying to be something different from The Avengers, but also something that will bring in similar profit, leading to things such as

the team fighting each other again. Not that it's a bad thing, but I question if it's the best idea.

I somehow doubt it...

...Although given that Sebastian Stan (the Winter Soldier) apparently has a 9 movie deal with Marvel, I'm guessing he may take over as Cap at some point.

Captain America 3 was already confirmed to happen in Phase 3 of MCU.
