I do believe they're both Wafve 2 however, so it probably won't be too long after release until they come out. The only Wave 1 Trap Masters are Wallop, Krypt King, Wildfire, Gusto, and Jawbreaker. PlayableMoogle Gold Sparx Gems: 2446	#6 Posted: 13:44:18 18/09/2014 Wave 2 has historically been on release day or almost immediately thereafter. It WAS on launch day at Toys "R" Us and (I think) some Targets during Giants, and I believe it was a day or two later last year. I would expect the same this year.

No, they are both definitely Wave 2. Now I'm very aware that Wave 2 could come out the very next day after release, like with Giants, but on paper, these are the wave breakdowns. Here's a list from Dark52 detailing the contents of both waves:

So I'll have to try and be interested in Wallop on the first day since he's only 1 per box. Hopefully he isn't as hard to find as S2 Hot Dog was when he came with so few in a box.

Anyway, as per the original question: if you have to pick one then go with the life trap master so you can open the life gates. You already have a water trap master with Snap Shot.

And on GS's website, all they have available is just the Wave 1 Trap Masters. If anywhere gets Wave 2 early, it'll likely be TRU. They've gotten waves earlier than other stores on multiple occasions. --- "Chicks dig giant robots"

Hm, interesting. This is the first I've heard of it, and I lurk on this site daily. Oh well, I guess we all miss stuff. Would you mind linking me to a post or picture where this leak originated? I'd just like to check it out for myself so I can make sure I'm fully prepared for Day 1.

Back when Giants came out, Wave 2 was supposed to be released the day after Wave 1, but my local TRU stocked them all at the same time, since they didn't know the difference. I ended up spending way more that day than I planned since I wasn't expecting the extra figures to show up a day early. I just want to try to avoid that happening again, if possible.
