The last thing you should do is ruminate on this. I'm not trying to say, "Just get over it and move on." Rather, if you keep focusing on it, you're only going to cost yourself energy and sleep. When you're thinking negatively, your body's going to respond accordingly and you'll feel even worse. So try to find a constructive way to occupy your time.

I've decided to have a Jurassic Park marathon. I don't know how this will help. Maybe I'm in the anger stage of grief, where I just want to see people get horribly maimed and eaten.

Again, a series you find relaxing and soothing helps a lot (I'm currently getting into Karau Phantom Memory), and shipping can be nice relief too, surprisingly enough.

Except mine has had stuff added to mine, like pets dying and dogs getting stolen.
