Oh yeah, we do it pretty often actually. I rarely, if ever, partake on purpose. I used to partake when we had pajama day, but I feel kind of ridiculous doing it now so I don't.

Yeah, but they didn't call it that. There was homecoming week which sort of did spirit stuff, then every time there was a pep-rally in high school, there was some special dress-up thing.

My school is doing it this week, since this is our first football game this friday, and it's the big rival football game. It's already my 4th week in school so

It's a week where schools try to increase the amount of school spirit in the students or whatever. A lot of schools have a week where they give a theme (nerd day, pajama day, *insert school colors here* day, hat day, etc.) and encourage students to dress accordingly. Apparently other schools compete against each other somehow but I wouldn't know, mine doesn't do that

I have no idea. I basically know nothing about this school.

When I was in high school, I was one of those people who helped with spirit week/orientation and greeted all the freshman to their lockers and played games one day before school officially started.

It's fun when you have an awesome group of people, but the ****ty freshman who think they're too cool and disrespect you is hilarious because they actually got written up for Detention the next day.

We do have a lot of random whole-school activities. Trying to shove 2500 kids in a tennis court is a fun activity in itself

We do sort of have one, every year the whole school, every T.A. class, performs this lip dub thing where we have this medley song (still wondering where we get it, thinking our tech whiz, Mr. Blenkhorne put it together) and 1-3 people from every T.A. class gets assigned a role, and everyone else dances in the background. Pretty cool, except last year, one kid stole a balloon from me, and I'm only 11, he was, what 13 or 14? Geez. Luckily, karma tends to be on my side. I bet that balloon popped right in his face, or he got 10-day suspension for next year for something like the 'blue' bubble letter graffiti someone keeps putting on one of our walls.
