Some of them ask not to re-sell it in their post, others don't say anything.

It's the way of things I suppose, once you buy something it's yours to do as you please, if you choose to sell it at a higher price- bearing in mind, you may not succeed- then you can do so.

I just found a second Gaseous Megashrimp... Thought those things were meant to be rare but apparently not. They're dirt cheap on the AH too.
