I know Giants' Heroics give stats, but do SSA's Heroics give stats?

Yeah, since you can play them in Giants they're are the same thing so they'll still give stats.

You can get 45 from someone that is from Giants, 50 from someone that is from SSA.

I think that the 5 heroic challenges that are Spyro's Avdenture only dont give you any stat bonus in Swap Force.
