So do you get an email when it ships? I haven't gotten one and I won on the 9th. I tried calling in to confirm it but the guy that I was connected to talked way to fast.

I won by phone so I won't get an email. I won relatively early though and still haven't gotten my hotdog in the mail, wondering if it was a false win. ):

I won by phone on days 2-3 and I received one today. Shows up as just hot dog special in game.

Won this morning by calling!!!! I called at some time around six and won!!! so i called back to make sure my win was registered and it sure was im so excited!!!

Where do you live? I called in on day 2 and still haven't gotten mine. It will probably take more time for me anyways because I live down south.

I like the Green one the best so far from all of the pictures on Ebay and like the red one the least. The purple one looks cool.

No, he is NOT a "chase variant". Not being in the game isn't the definition of "chase", and "chase variant" didn't originate with Skylanders. It originated with regular action figures, ones in which they had no game to appear in at all. A "chase variant" is one that appears randomly (and typically rarely) in normal shipping cases of figures that collectors have to "chase" or find.

The best description of this Hot Dog is "Non in-game variant" or maybe "Special variant".

it's officially called a "treasure hunt" character by frito-lay, whatever that's supposed to mean lol.

Nope. I won on day 2 via phone as well, and I don't have mine either. I called yesterday and my win apparently isn't even in their system. The person I talked to claimed that the phone-in wins weren't all processed yet, so who knows how they're doing it.

Of course, this is assuming the person I talked to knew what they were talking about. They did ask me for everything they'd need to enter me into the system, and told me to call back in a week and a half, so it's possible they entered me manually. *shrugs* Try calling them and see?

I hope so even if it's just one to have one. She told me the prizes would be mailed out in 8 to 10 weeks if I did win. Ok looks like Oct and I'll maybe be getting one just in time for Trap Team. I can't wait the new game is going to rock!

My daughters got here today. She wanted purple, but such is life. lol

She won yesterday. I haven't won since the game first started so I was happy for her when she called me to say she won. She was excited because she had been trying since the beginning and this is the first time she won.

4 arrived today at 2 addresses. 2 reds, 2 green.
At least 1 was an app win. And it may have been the one my wife got an email confirming mailing address.

Must of been the same girl I had said same thing about still processing phone wins which I think is their way of getting you off the phone so they don't have to mess with the call

For those of you who won by app and received in mail...have you all replied to verification email? I won one through my work email...but I think the span filter caught it and didn't let Frito lay through...so doubt I get that win??

I won via App and I did not receive a confirmation email. My win arrived in the mail yesterday.

Yeah my app win didn't send an email either, just showed up at my door on Tuesday. The only email I got was to an email address that "lost" and I later got an email saying I won wanting information.

I could only win one and it would be nice to get it. Haven't yet.
Seeing all these people with multiples and my single hotdog won't even arrive.

People are always going to complain that others are winning and they only got one or none, but it's all pure luck and you can't blame others for being luckier. They're playing the same game you are. Would you blame people for winning the Lottery multiple times and complain just because you bought a ticket every single day and never won once? It's BS to complain about others playing. Sorry, but it bothers me when people take it out on lucky winners in a national competition with poor odds to begin with. As for the one you won, frito lay doesn't even promise to get your figure to you for 8-10 weeks AFTER Sept. 5th when the contest ends. They just got an early jump on SOME of the winners obviously. So you cannot complain that you aren't going to get your win just because yours didn't arrive a few weeks after winning it while the contest still hasn't even ended yet.
