Just wondering how much would three complete sets of all the series be worth not counting variants?

Exactly what you paid retail--I would guess.

To me, a used figure is never worth retail. Unfortunately we are talking about a market that loves it's rare, or perceived rare figures.

So just doing quick math, retail for 3 sets of the first 32 would be $960. Plus or minus for used or rare.

And thats just Spyro's Adventure.

However, I am not a toy grader, nor do I have a wizards guide to skylanders.

If they are opened they are not worth much at all. If they are still in the box they would be worth retail except boomer and dark light crypt.

For SSA figures only, I'd say $700.

$7 for each figure x 32 x 3 = 672, then round up to $700 since Ghost Roaster and Boomer are quite hard to find.

When you say no variant, that exclude the Lightcore too?

I assumed they weren't open....sorry. yes I agree that used figures aren't worth full retail price--less than half I'd say--other than certain figures

You could sell some figures separately on ebay. You'd be surprised what you can get for certain ones.

If they are loose, non-varient SSA figures with the cards and unused codes, they usually go on Craigslist in my location for abut $5/each if the buyer is selecting which ones he/she wants to buy. Without the cards and unused codes, they usually go closer to $4/figure. If a person on Craigslist is selling off a their kid's collection and you're buying the whole group for a set negotiated price, you can usually get them around $3/figure, and sometimes a little less.

Obviously it varies by the seller's situation/motivation or lack there of, and there's sometimes exceptions for certain figures. Some of the perceived HTF ones (e.g. Boomer, Ghost Roaster, etc.) still go for $5 or less if they're open.
